Warner Bros. Int’l TV Distribution Inc. seeks a Finance Intern for the Int’l TV Distribution-Finance department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in monthly client billing utilizing new JET too.
• Assists creating the new internal PO request and ensures follow-up by the client.
• Assists in various monthly journal entries & accrual preparation.
• Assists creating reports, binders, and financial packages for the monthly and quarterly close cycles, as well as forecast and budgets processes: distributes reports & documentation as necessary for the monthly/quarterly closes and forecast and budget processes.
• Assists finance department staff on projects as needed.
• Assists in the maintenance of all departmental files to ensure access to backup materials and historical data.
• Assists in maintaining worldwide contact lists & directories, including researching changes and tracking updates.
• Assists in with the procurement and A/P coding process and serves as liaison to other departments.
• Assists in the preparation of JOB AID presentations for management use.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Actively working towards a degree – Finance or Business emphasis is preferred.
• Exposure to accounting / business experience required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet commitments in spite of shifting demands, and keep management informed of progress.
• Solid working knowledge of personal computers; proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word, Excel, SAP, Powerpoint.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and have ability to organize & schedule work effectively.
• Must have ability to work well under time constraints.
