Job Description

Facebook is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive improvements within our company. As a valued member of the IT organization, this person will primarily focus on process and system enhancements that help our Sales and Ad Operations teams scale. This is a full-time position based in our main office in Palo Alto.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Facebook Sales, Account Management and Ad Operations teams to understand their workflow, processes and systems
* Gather and document user requirements in a clear and organized manner
* Quickly synthesize business and technical needs and articulate key issues
* Effectively utilize metrics to demonstrate problems and indicate success
* Propose and implement workable solutions at lightning speed
* Manage large projects with multiple stakeholders ensuring on-time delivery
* Provide functional and configuration assistance on IT applications within the Sales area
* Do what it takes to ensure project success (test, train, troubleshoot, etc.)
* Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate with internal customers
* Solve problems creatively and work collaboratively
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years as a business analyst in a high-tech company
* Demonstrated process improvement expertise
* Strong project management experience with successful results
* Ability to multi-task in an incredibly fast-moving environment across several dynamic projects
* Experience in software development lifecycle process and methodologies
* Strong customer interaction, organizational and time-management skills
* Easy going with an attention to detail
* Skilled at working with people at all levels and driving change within the organization
* Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
