Job Description

Associate, Ad Operations (New York)
Facebook is seeking a dedicated resource to work on our DSO Ad Operations team. This group focuses on managing advertising campaign spend for Facebook’s top tier advertisers and works hand in hand with internal Sales and Account Management groups as well as cross functionally with our internal Marketing, Engineering and Product organizations. This position is based in our New York, NY office.

Responsibilities
* Work directly with top tier Brands and Creative agencies to establish and execute successful marketing campaigns on Facebook’s platform
* Implement all elements of campaign in OMS and ad systems with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
* Consistently monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve ROI
* Act as the point of contact for your advertising partners and proactively handle communication during all phases of an active campaign’s lifecycle
* Identify upsell opportunities and feed this information upstream to Sales as the campaign progresses
* Work with internal teams to establish best practices and procedures, monitor overall delivery of DSO clients and work across channels internally to ensure consistency and sharing of learning between teams
* Develop in-market research and insight that will help Facebook further develop and evolve our ad platform and guidelines
Requirements
* Experience managing online advertising campaigns and thorough understanding of major success metrics
* Desire to be a part of the constantly evolving digital ad marketplace
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns while maintaining strict attention to detail
* Comfortable interacting with external clients throughout the lifecycle of a campaign
* Problem solving and analytical skills coupled with the ability to act independently across competing priorities
* Understanding of competing Publisher offerings, able to communicate effectively on all elements of a campaign
* Highly motivated and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment and execute in a timely fashion
* Technical Skills (benefit but not required): SQL, DART/ATLAS, Advanced Excel/Office applications, Landing Page analytics and optimization, PHP, HTML, Java script
* Passions: Love for detail and finding data-driven opportunities
* mild obsession towards modeling opportunities, efficiency, data, and gaining incremental improvements on campaign performance
* 2+ years experience in the online advertising industry
