The Development and Alumni Office at King’s College London has a strong track record of success.  Established in 1993 to provide an integrated alumni relations and fundraising programme, we are now in touch with over 100,000 alumni, donors and friends worldwide and working to an ambitious fundraising target in support of our up coming fundraising campaign.

Alumni Relations is a very dynamic area with issues and priorities constantly changing, the Alumni Relations Office and Events Assistant will need to combine strong organisational skills with accuracy and an eye for detail when working on alumni event bookings, communication tracking, and correspondence with alumni.

To join us you will need to be highly motivated, an outstanding communicator, with an outgoing personality and ability to remain calm under pressure, and keen to make the most of your skills and experience.

The appointment will be made, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, within the Grade 3 scale, currently £20,966 to £23,888, per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.  Benefits include an annual season ticket loan scheme and a final salary superannuation scheme.
