Job Description

Summary & Purpose:
Resolve and restructure, where appropriate, poorly performing loans/leases (and associated AR balances). Analyze and manage assigned portfolios to remediate default conditions and protect collateral through proactive working out, restructuring, and other solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage the assigned portfolio, contacting borrowers/customers, analyzing situation to develop plan for resolution of problem accounts.
Perform extensive analysis and due diligence to identify risks associated with modification of credit terms and determine appropriate structure and pricing. This includes working with Xerox sales and operations personnel to explore restructure of asset mix and pricing/service plans.
Prepare financial models, including assessing risk and setting financial covenants.
Enforce Rights and Remedies contained in Xerox Agreements.
Negotiate workout/restructured deals with borrower/customer.
Actively manage portfolio of accounts to maximize recovery, including the organization and facilitation of conference calls, gather and report necessary performance data to upper management.
Perform ongoing evaluation of problem accounts to identify root causes and opportunities for system improvements of upfront underwriting processes.
Qualifications:
BS degree required preferably in Finance; MBA preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in a finance, banking, or risk environment involved in underwriting, or workout.
Three (3) years experience working on the restructure of poorly performing loans.
Working knowledge of Lending/Leasing documentation, Bankruptcy, and Litigation processes.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated effective negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with customers and senior management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Access).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification a plus.
